It has at least two meanings, but I don`t see in any dictionary the term “parasocial” (I believe it`s in Great Portuguese and Brazilian Encyclopedia, but I don`t have it here). In this case, the author referred to a “parasocial agreement” which is the contract or agreement between all or some members of a company to settle the relationship between them and balance interests. . . .
